NDL Frigo Logistics – a joint venture between Norbert Dentressangle Romania and Danone PDPA

Bucharest, October 2011. Danone Romania and Norbert Dentressangle Romania announce the entry of NDL Frigo Logistics on the chilled goods logistics market.

The new entity is a joint venture between Danone PDPA and Norbert Dentressangle Romania and will benefit from an in-depth knowledge of the Romanian logistics market and a national distribution network covering 20,000 points of sales managed by a team of qualified Romanian logisticians and supported by a state of the art IT in terms of Wholesale Management System and Transportation Management System.

Danone Romania strong chilled distribution system and best know how as a market leader in dairy industry combined with the strong logistics expertise of Norbert Dentressangle Romania will give to the Romanian logistics market the best solution for the chill food industry, retailers and catering business.
