Developing technologies for the ongoing optimisation of customer solutions 

Engineering Management develops processes and information technologies to serve customer performance.

 Norbert Dentressangle's engineering teams have three main tasks:

Development engineering

The team replies to invitations to tender sent to the Norbert Dentressangle Group. It defines the best technical solutions to meet the company's requirements: resources, equipment, processes and budget.

Operational engineering

As part of new Transport/Logistics services, the team oversees the installation of the Norbert Dentressangle service, from preparation to start-up. A start-up kit and post-start-up audits are some of the tools used to manage the project. 
The team also offers a re-engineering service for contracts in progress that require readjustment:  it then plans a new offer.

Technology engineering

Engineering Management devotes part of its activity to Research and Development on new processes or new equipment. The aim is to be at the forefront of solutions provided to customers and to continuously improve the offer.

 35 % : operation
