The Norbert Dentressangle Group Human Resources policy supports internal mobility and progress through the company:
Priority to internal promotion
The Group values the career progression of all of its employees in their various functions. Moreover, it is committed to filling more than 60% of key positions within the Group by internal promotion. Our agenda: active management of career prospects as well as a training policy that benefits more than half of our employees.
Continuing and strengthening the training policy
The training policy is also at the heart of the HR policy. Each year, more than one person in two benefits from training. 3 % of the payroll is allocated to training.
Supporting the integration of disabled employees
The Human Resources policy is also extended to other areas and also refers to recruitment. It has three areas of strength:
-development of a training policy, with an increase in the number of sandwich course contracts,
-the integration of unqualified employees, using internal training activities,
-the integration of disabled employees. In the Logistics division, an agreement was signed in 2007 to recruit a significant percentage of disabled employees. This also includes plans for modifications on site and the configuration of specific work-stations.
