Our transport and logistics jobs are open to people with few qualifications and a strong wish to develop, offering real professional and personal development opportunities for employees who are keen to work for them. 

Career management, internal promotion, encouragement with mobility and training: the Group favours the concept of a "social elevator" applied in-house. 

Monitoring individual careers and improving internal mobility: 

- skill grids, line assessment, individual development plans,
- annual interviews,
- monthly mobility meetings. 

Training policy: 

- 3 % of the payroll invested in training,
- Training activity for more than one person in two,
- 250 employees dedicated to internal training. 

- Setting-up of a training subsidiary by sandwich course, specific to the transport operator sector,
- Objective: to increase the number of sandwich course contracts by 20 %.
