Passion Rouge 2010
A fundamental change
With the acquisition of the Christian Salvesen company, the Norbert Dentressangle Group has completed its "Challenge 2008" Business Plan in fine style: with this large-scale manoeuvre, the Group has doubled its size and now becomes the 4th largest European operator in the European Transport and Logistics market.
Its new "Red Passion 2010" Business Plan follows and builds on this recent major advance. Its intention: to make Norbert Dentressangle "the" preferred resource for transport and logistics throughout Europe.
Norbert Dentressangle everywhere in every country
The Norbert Dentressangle Group now occupies major positions not only in France, but also in Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Benelux and several Eastern European countries. Its European network constitutes critical leverage for making the complete range of Norbert Dentressangle services available right across Europe.
Sustainable development at the heart of daily operations
As a pioneer in its commitments, Norbert Dentressangle intends to remain as the leader in this field. In their various professions and roles, it's the daily activities of the Norbert Dentressangle men and women which makes all the difference. Which is why the Group's 4 commitments on the subject were chosen to be directly linked to the realities experienced by every employee in the daily execution of their professions; reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, road safety, environmental site management, and internal promotions. For each of these commitments, an indicator and objective have been clearly defined.
Strengthening our differentiators
Development of tailor-made Transport and Logistics solutions, innovation in its offerings and services, but also in every facet of the business including cost reduction; it is on these three key factors that the Norbert Dentressangle Group is basing its own performance and that of its customers.
Men and women who cultivate excellence
With "Red Passion 2010", the Norbert Dentressangle Group is reaffirming that: it's the people that are the heart and soul of its business life. The Group's Human Resources policies revolve principally around: participative local management, employee complicity for growth and performance, training, and internal promotions and communications.
